Israel knows what it means to hold on through a hard stretch. And during trying times, God’s word has been the thing that steadies her and gives her life again. What He said over this nation is still true today, and it is still working. We stand with Israel in that same trust, sure that the God who spoke over her is faithful to see it through.
Father, we bring Israel before You today, thankful that Your word to her has never failed and never will. Let that word be a source of fresh life for her people, meeting them right where they are and lifting them up. Draw close to the families across Israel who are carrying heavy things, and let Your comfort settle over their homes. Watch over the whole land, and let Israel rest secure under Your care. Surround Jerusalem with Your peace, and let Your goodness be felt in her streets today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
