“Jesus said to him, Thomas, because you have seen me, you have believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.” (John 20:29)

It is by faith that we are saved, as Jesus so aptly described: whether you believe because you have seen or whether you believe and have not seen, just believe. Though we may not witness Jesus walking the streets of Israel, his presence remains palpable in our daily lives through the miracles we encounter. This is the essence of our belief. Martin Luther captured this beautifully with his profound statement: “sola fide,” emphasizing the importance of “faith alone”. Father God, we pray that the Jewish nation will come to faith in Jesus Christ. Amen.
