“This is my comfort in my affliction, that your promise gives me life.” (Psalm 119:50)
The Psalmist confirms what John wrote: Jesus came so that we may have life in abundance. This life is so much needed in the world today, and especially in Israel. Lord, we pray that you will send forth the Holy Spirit and bring the life of Christ to the nation of Israel today. Let those who love and serve you living in Israel be shining beacons of life today.
