“This is my comfort in my affliction, that your promise gives me life.” (Psalm 119:50)
The Psalmist confirms what John wrote: Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly. This abundant life is greatly needed in the world today, especially in Israel.
Lord, may those who love and serve You in Israel be shining beacons of life today. Your promises are yes and Amen. Help us to stand firm in these promises as we pray for the continued blessing and protection of Israel and its people. Amen.
