“When the Lord takes pleasure in anyone’s way, He causes their enemies to make peace with them.” (Proverbs 16:7)
Dear Friends on the Wall of Prayer, I bet you this scripture from Proverbs took you by surprise. Normally, we think that God gives us victory over our enemies by allowing us to defeat and destroy them. However, King Solomon suggests a different approach—God can cause our enemies to make peace with us. Let’s embrace this wisdom in our prayers.
Our Heavenly Father, we pray that You would cause the enemies of Israel to make peace with Israel and surrender to You. Amen.
