“Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.” (Psalm 106:1)
The Negev Desert, a barren and spiritually significant landscape, echoes with the footsteps of biblical figures: Abraham found refuge here, the Israelites wandered for 40 years, Jesus was tempted, and God miraculously provided manna here. Such history invites us to offer thanks and praise to the Lord for His enduring presence and blessings in even the most challenging environments. We are often quick to ask God for many things and do not always sufficiently thank and praise Him.
Today, we exalt You, Lord, for Your boundless grace and mercies that sustain us through our own deserts. We pray that You will guide Israel through their current struggles.
