“Do not repay evil for evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.” (1 Peter 3:9)
In the spirit of Jesus’ teachings, we face adversities not with retaliation, but with blessings. Today, let’s broaden our prayers to include peace and transformation in the hearts of all, especially praying for the Palestinians, Hamas, and all of the people in Gaza.
Lord God, lead us in grace to pray for all the Palestinians in Gaza, that they will receive the opportunity to discover your mercies. May they bow to you, and turn away from their sins.
