True peace is not simply the absence of conflict, but the presence of God’s righteousness and justice. As we stand on this Wall of Prayer for Israel, we remember that those who actively seek peace, who work for reconciliation, protection, and stability in the land, reflect the heart of our Father in heaven.
Lord, we lift up all who are working toward peace in and around Israel, often at great personal cost. Strengthen leaders, soldiers, medics, diplomats, and citizens who desire safety, justice, and quiet for every community in the land. Guard their hearts from bitterness and despair; fill them instead with courage, wisdom, and compassion. Raise up many who will choose the path of peace over hatred and violence. As we pray, make us also peacemakers, using our words, our resources, and our influence to support Israel and to seek the good of all who dwell there. May Your shalom cover the land like a shield, and may Your children be known as those who pursue peace in Your name. Amen.
