“Peace I leave with you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your heart be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27)
“Do not be afraid!” These are incredibly powerful words, especially in the times we find ourselves in. With billions around the world living in the shadow of real fear each day, Jesus offers us a profound promise: He will give us His peace, which helps us to live without fear.
Dear Lord, today we lift up Israel in our prayers, asking that You extend Your peace to our Jewish friends. Amen.
