“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18)
Gratitude is not reserved for easy days. Even in times of conflict, uncertainty, and pain, God calls us to give thanks, trusting that His will is at work in ways we cannot yet see. As we stand on this Wall of Prayer for Israel, our thanksgiving becomes an act of faith, declaring that God is present, sovereign, and good in every circumstance.
Lord, we thank You today, not only for blessings that are visible, but for Your unseen hand protecting and sustaining Israel. We give You thanks in the midst of trials, believing that You are working all things together according to Your perfect will. Strengthen the hearts of Your people in the land, from leaders making difficult decisions to families seeking safety and peace. Fill them with a supernatural spirit of gratitude that overcomes fear and despair. As we lift Israel up before You, teach us to be thankful intercessors, confident that You are faithful to Your promises and that Your purposes for Israel will stand. Amen.
