“Peace I leave with you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your heart be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27)
The peace Jesus gives is steady, not fragile. It is not shaped by headlines, threats, or shifting politics, but by His living presence. As we pray for Israel, we ask that His peace would calm troubled hearts and quiet fear throughout the land.
Lord, we look to You as the true source of peace for Israel. Speak to fearful hearts and remind Your people that Your peace is stronger than every threat. Guard families who live under constant tension, give courage and calm to soldiers and security forces, and grant clear minds and steady hearts to leaders who carry heavy responsibilities. Let the comfort of Your presence rest on those who are grieving or anxious, and push back waves of fear with the assurance of Your care. May homes, communities, and congregations across Israel experience the peace that only You can give, and may troubled hearts be strengthened to trust and not be afraid. Amen.
